The application culminates in a detailed PDF report, which can be customized with company branding and includes an organized account of the work performed, serving as a professional record for clients. Additionally, the platform incorporates a web-based management portal that supports backend job tracking, from lead generation to invoicing, enabling users to review, sort, and analyze leak jobs effectively.

The mobile data collection interface prompts technicians to follow a systematic inspection process with an intuitive menu displaying real-time progress. It features adaptive fields based on previous entries and multiple-choice questions to reduce manual data entry efforts.

The workflow begins with a Job Info section, typically completed prior to arriving at the site. Then, the Initial Observations section allows for uploading photographic evidence, logging equipment observations, and optionally entering Leakalyzer* results that inform subsequent procedures.

Core Component Inspection sections systematically evaluate each part of the pool—such as skimmers, return fittings, and lights—either documenting satisfactory conditions or noting issues with detailed annotations. When problems are identified, technicians can provide descriptive comments, attach photos, and specify patch or repair methods.

At project completion, users record final observations, include a diagram illustrating identified issues, and perform a concluding Leakalyzer* test to verify resolution. All captured data is stored within the web portal, where it can be reviewed before generating an attractively formatted PDF report that summarizes the leak detection service in a clear and professional manner.

The web-based management portal further facilitates operational organization by managing leak jobs throughout their lifecycle. It enables sorting, searching, and analyzing completed jobs and allows users to maintain customer lists—such as pool companies or property managers—enhancing workflow efficiency and repeat business management.
